We start with the deal-breakers
Product type, indoor or outdoor placement, available space, capacity and power can rule an option in or out. These essentials are considered before softer preferences such as style or premium features.
Methodology
There is no mystery score. The planner compares the brief you give us with the known requirements of each product type, then explains the result in ordinary language.
Product type, indoor or outdoor placement, available space, capacity and power can rule an option in or out. These essentials are considered before softer preferences such as style or premium features.
Options that pass the basic fit check are ranked against your budget, intended use and timing. A close match across several factors is favoured over a product that excels in one area but creates problems elsewhere.
The highest-ranked option becomes the best fit. A strong lower-cost choice and a more premium alternative are selected from the remaining shortlist, giving you a useful comparison rather than three near-identical cards.
The planning total can include the product, delivery, base or foundation work and electrical preparation. Monthly running costs are shown separately. Figures are broad by design because site access, installer rates, tariffs and product specifications vary.
The planner cannot inspect your property or verify a retailer's latest specification. Before buying, confirm dimensions, access, power, groundwork and final pricing with the retailer and the relevant qualified tradespeople.
